Our national Governor Focus conference is the leading free event for NHS governors. This year's event will take place on Thursday 5 June online, in celebration of Volunteers' week.

With over 2,500 NHS foundation trust governors across England dedicating their time to this vital role, this conference offers valuable insights, discussions, and networking opportunities.

Aishah is a dedicated and passionate leader known locally and nationally for driving change and transformation in healthcare for children and young people (CYP).

Her commitment to improving healthcare led to roles where she strategically advised, as a Young Governor for University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, and now as an Associate Non-Executive Member of the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board.

Nationally, Aishah sits on the NHS Assembly, has contributed to NICE guidelines, and is a Trustee for Coeliac UK.

Saffron has been NHS Providers deputy chief executive since 2018, and is currently our interim chief executive, a role she also held June 2022-February 2023. She has worked in the healthcare sector since 2007.
