Our Digital Boards development programme is designed to support boards in leading the digital transformation agenda.
The programme aims to increase the confidence and capability of NHS trust boards and senior leaders to harness digital to transform and enable improvement, productivity and innovation. The programme offers free bespoke board and senior leadership development sessions for individual trusts, peer learning events, strategic one-to-one support and leadership resources.
The programme is available free of charge to all members, thanks to funding through a partnership with the NHS Digital Academy (NHS England).
