We have produced a briefing on the Care Quality Commission (CQC) annual community mental health survey for 2023, published on 18 April 2024. This survey gathers feedback from individuals using NHS community mental health services in England, focusing on their experiences of care. Our briefing summarises the key findings from the survey, areas identified by CQC for improvement, and sets out NHS Providers' view.
