This session offers an opportunity to hear from Michael Anderson (Associate Director of Improvement and Transformation, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust) on how they have utilised continuous improvement to help them enhance patient flow within their organisation. This session aims to share practical insights, strategies, and tools for streamlining patient pathways, reducing bottlenecks, and improving the overall patient experience. This is a supportive space to hear what others have been doing to tackle this challenge and share your own experiences. 

There will be dedicated time to ask questions and share reflections. This event offers an opportunity to step back, reflect, learn from each other’s experiences and take away practical insights to consider how these could be applied in your own context.
