Each year we host four major conferences with key influencers and decision makers in the healthcare sector. Our conferences give you the opportunity to hear directly from high profile speakers and network with other healthcare leaders.
Each of our conferences includes a showcase or awards ceremony which gives our members a space to shine a light on the innovative and pioneering work they are doing. It recognises their successful contribution in different areas including governance, communications, quality, and innovation.

Governance conference (every other year)
Our Governance conference focuses on good governance from the scale of individual trusts, through partnership working of all shapes and sizes and up to system scale and is free for members. As part of our conference, we also Governance Showcase in which is an opportunity for trusts to submit case studies of their best practice in governance and share them at the event as part of our exhibition. Quality conference (every other year)
The Quality conference is your opportunity to join your peers and key speakers from across the sector and beyond to discuss and explore how we can improve services. This conference is free for members.
Governor focus conference
Our national Governor focus conference is the leading event for NHS governors, giving them the chance to network and learn from their peers. This conference is free for members. See our previous showcase winners here.
NHS Communicate conference and awards
This conference is jointly hosted by NHS Providers, NHS Confederation and the Centre for Health Communications Research (CHCR), and is an opportunity for communicators across the NHS to come together, share their experiences and debate the future direction of NHS communication.
