This virtual webinar will take place on Tuesday 10 December 2024

This webinar is one of a series of events taking place within our Race Equality programme.
Content:
This interactive online event will explore:
- How are trust leaders enabling conversations about race with their workforce, patients and community?
- The role that ethnic minority leaders play in role modelling and supporting others to achieve and progress whilst also navigating systemic inequalities themselves
- The role of trust leaders as active white allies, with a focus on sponsoring diverse talent pipelines.
- The unique offer provided by the Shuri Network which aims to support and identify future digital leaders in health and care who represent the diversity of their workforce and population.
This event is open to all board members from NHS trusts and foundation trusts.
