HR Directors network, March 2025

The next meeting of our HR Directors network will be taking place virtually on Thursday 20 March between 10:30 - 13:00.
An engaging agenda for this event has been confirmed and will include:
- We will present a strategic policy update covering current developments and sharing analysis on what these may mean for the provider sector. There will be an opportunity for Q&A and discussion.
- NHS England will join us to provide an update on national leadership and management policies, including the NHS leadership competency framework and a broad view on the development of manager regulation. There will be a chance for Q&A and discussion.
- The Department of Health and Social Care will lead a session on the 10 Year Plan in the context of the People element, and attendees will be able to give their views and input.
The meeting will be chaired by:
- Bridget O'Kelly, Chief People Officer, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust
- Amanda Rawlings, Executive Chief People Officer, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust
Who is it for?
- Anyone with strategic oversight for the workforce agenda of their trusts, for example, directors of human resources, operational development, workforce, engagement, wellbeing or personnel, senior HR managers or business partners.
- Interim, acting, assistant and deputy directors are also welcome to attend.
