Presentation one: South West Provider Collaborative
Anne Forbes, programme director of the South West Provider Collaborative, and Dr Jason Fee, medical director, explored how they have reengineered clinical pathways, releasing efficiency savings to reinvest in community based care.
Presentation two: North West London Community Collaborative
Jean Young, programme director for the North West London Community Collaborative, and Jeff Boateng, data improvement programme lead, discussed how they improved data quality and understood the variation in demand across their system, which helped them identify opportunities to do things differently and improve productivity.
Presentation three: One Devon Integrated Care Board in partnership with NHS England’s Getting It Right First Time team
Emma Herd, One Devon integrated care board elective pilot programme lead, and Graham Lomax, national implementation director for NHS England's Getting It Right First Time team, described how they brought the brought clinical and operational staff together to reduce long waits in spinal services, ophthalmology and orthopaedic surgery.
