Hear Professor Geeta Menon share her own lived experience, and discuss the importance of safe recruitment practices and psychological safety for IEW.

Hear Oonagh Monkhouse and Onika Patrick-Redhead discuss the support Royal Papworth Hospital offer to their IEWs, through staff networks and reciprocal mentoring. Listen to the individual Q&As for each speaker and the panel Q&A where delegates ask questions on:
- how to prioritise supporting the internationally educated workforce (IEW) at board level?
- how to consider cultural safety, EDI and health inequalities as one integrated plan?
- what strategies are needed alongside education to create impact?
- how to teach managers to support the anti-racism agenda?
- how to recognise previous experience for IEW when they join the NHS?
- what advice the panel would give to board leaders looking to better support their IEW?
