Race Equality peer learning event: How can boards support bank workers?

Race Equality peer learning event, held on 22 July 2024.

This interactive online peer learning event included:

A plenary session which provided an overview of the current policy asks in relation to bank workers and insights into their workplace experience from the NHS bank worker survey.
Facilitated delegate discussions on what the challenges are, what interventions have worked and what support would enable better progress.
A space to learn from others and build a network of peers who are looking to better support bank workers.
