NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE/I) has today published five new recommendations for legislative change, in response to feedback received from the recent Integrating Care engagement exercise on the strategic direction of system working.

This briefing sets out how the proposals have developed since the Integrating Care proposals, summarises NHSE/I’s revised recommendations to Government for legislative change, and provides NHS Providers’ initial views.
